  • Ripe plantains, sliced
  • Caribbean jerk seasoning
  • Corn tortillas
  • Red onion, thinly sliced
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Lime wedges
  • Sour cream
  • Black beans, cooked
  • Shredded cheese (optional)


  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, toss sliced plantains with Caribbean jerk seasoning, ensuring they are well coated.
