Caprese-style Pesto Panini
- Ciabatta bread
- Fresh mozzarella
- Basil leaves
- Pesto sauce
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Preheat a panini press or a grill pan over medium heat.
- Slice the ciabatta bread horizontally and brush olive oil on the insides.
- Spread pesto on one side of the bread.
