Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits.
