  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls
  • 1/2 cup basil pesto
  • Salt and pepper to taste



  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook chicken breasts until browned on both sides and cooked through.
  4. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add cherry tomatoes and cook until slightly softened.
  6. Add mozzarella balls and basil pesto, stirring until the cheese melts.
  7. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, coating each piece with the pesto mixture.
  8. Simmer for a few minutes until everything is heated through.
  9. Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil leaves if desired.
