Blackened Cajun Tilapia Tacos
Ingredients
- 4 tilapia fillets
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon blackening seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix Cajun seasoning and blackening seasoning.
- Brush tilapia fillets with olive oil and generously coat with the seasoning mixture.
