Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • Shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and sliced avocado for toppings
  • Sour cream and lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, toss the shrimp with Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add olive oil to the seasoned shrimp and toss to coat.
