  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and brush the cut sides with lime juice.
  3. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and chopped basil over the avocado halves.
  4. Place the avocados on the grill, cut side down, and cook for about 3-4 minutes until grill marks appear.
  5. Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
