Basil Lemon Butter Baked Cod
- 4 cod fillets
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Zest of 1 lemon

- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- Salt and pepper to taste
