Baked Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the thawed and drained spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and optional crushed red pepper flakes.
  3. Mix the ingredients until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly, and the top is golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
