Baked Garlic Herb Tofu
- 1 block of extra-firm tofu
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut it into 1-inch cubes.
