  • 1 block of extra-firm tofu
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut it into 1-inch cubes.
  3. In a bowl, mix together minced garlic, olive oil, soy sauce, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  4. Gently toss the tofu cubes in the garlic herb mixture, ensuring they are well coated.
  5. Place the coated tofu on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the tofu is golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
