  • 1 block of feta cheese
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish
  • 250g of your favorite pasta


  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the block of feta in the center of a baking dish.
  3. Surround the feta with halved cherry tomatoes and minced garlic.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the feta and tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the feta is soft and tomatoes are blistered.
  6. While the feta is baking, cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  7. Remove the baking dish from the oven and stir the feta and tomatoes to combine into a creamy sauce.
  8. Combine the baked feta and tomato mixture with the cooked pasta.
  9. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve immediately.
