Avocado Cilantro Lime Dressing
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 2 limes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Peel and pit the avocado, then place it in a blender or food processor.
