Almond-Crusted Tilapia Fillets
- 4 tilapia fillets
- 1 cup almond meal
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh lemon wedges (for serving)
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a shallow bowl, mix almond meal, Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
