Almond-Crusted Tilapia Fillets


  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 1 cup almond meal
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh lemon wedges (for serving)


  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix almond meal, Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each tilapia fillet into the beaten eggs, then coat with the almond mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  4. Place the coated fillets on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and the coating is golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with fresh lemon wedges.
